After looking through my footage, it appears a brief tornado touchdown can be seen as a funnel rapidly develops from a wall cloud near Norcross, MN around 3:17pm on Friday, August 20, 2021. I have passed this footage along to NWS Grand Forks and will update the description should this become a confirmed tornado. #mnwx
